Hi, I'm Yael Shoval — and yes, I have ADHD.
(Spoiler:
that's kind of the whole point.)
I'm the author of Restart and Finished — two books built around a revolutionary method for ADHD minds to actually complete the ideas they start. Not "manage" them. Not "cope." Finish them.
Because here's what nobody tells you when you're staring at your fourteenth half-finished project: the problem was never your motivation. It was never your intelligence. It was that the standard advice out there was written by people who don't think like us.
My slightly unconventional résumé:
I'm a tech professional with 30+ years in infrastructure and cloud, a graduate of an elite IDF programming course, and someone who has spent her entire career in high-focus environments — the kind where you're expected to manage complex projects, stay organized, and keep your cool while everything is simultaneously on fire. (In tech we call those "incidents." I call them Tuesday.)
I'm also a mom of two ADHD teenagers, a basketball player, a music lover, and someone who genuinely cannot stop learning new things — which means I've had a lot of practice inventing creative workarounds when the normal path hits a wall.
Every tool, method, and shortcut I teach? I tested on myself first. Always.
So how did the method actually happen?
For years I did what most of us do — started projects with the best of intentions, stayed up too late fueled by hyperfocus and optimism, and then... somewhere in the middle... quietly let them die
Then I stumbled onto information that genuinely changed how I understood my own brain. I learned what my strengths actually were (not the ones I was told I should have), and what my real obstacles were (not the ones I was blaming myself for).
Projects started moving. Then they started finishing. Books. Courses. Big, ambitious goals I'd been circling for years.
When I started working with clients, the same thing happened for them. People who'd been stuck for months were crossing finish lines in weeks — not by grinding harder, but by finally working with their brain instead of against it.
Then one day, a client needed to build a course in three days. We had no choice but to improvise. We maneuvered, experimented, broke a few rules — and it worked. Brilliantly. That became the foundation of the method I now use with everyone.
What I actually do:
I help ADHD entrepreneurs and business owners finish their projects — courses, books, programs, big ideas that have been sitting half-done and gathering guilt.
I help ADHD students ace their exams — not through discipline and willpower, but through strategies that actually fit how their brains work.
In short: I help ADHD minds become Super ADHD™ — people who stop fighting their wiring and start using it as the unfair advantage it actually is.
I believe deeply that achievement doesn't require self-criticism, shame, or the constant pressure to be more "normal." Every person I work with who finds their own Super ADHD version of themselves? I do a little happy dance. Every single time.
Ready to finally finish the thing?
Whether it's a course, a book, a business goal, or an exam you've been dreading — let's talk. One conversation is all it takes to figure out if I can help.
