Especially for parents of students with ADHD
An interactive talk that lowers the arguments and the stress at home around school.
Save my spot
You know there's a test or an assignment due in a few days, and he hasn't even started. And this is the conversation running through your head:
Breathe. He'll remember!
He already forgot to hand in one assignment and got a zero for it. Maybe I should remind him after all?
We haven't even started the year and it's already like this? How am I going to survive until the summer?
I'll just go ask if he remembers. Only a word or two…
You remember how this ended last time, right? Shouting and a slammed door.
So what, we let him fail? When is he going to learn to manage his own time and his own workload?
We've tried everything and nothing helps. I stay quiet and he forgets. I manage him and he blows up. Enough already!
Hang on, where is it? One second. I'm looking. I saw that message from Yael and Noa — that's the one thing I haven't tried…
You know this moment. You've been through it dozens of times. You've tried everything, and still nothing shifts. When you stay quiet and let him run himself — he forgets to hand things in and studies at the last minute. When you step in — it ends in shouting.
You want to see your ADHD student take hold of things: studying, handing work in on time, responsible and above all independent. And you want an ordinary house with teenagers — calmer, fewer fights, more cooperation. You didn't ask for anything special. Just ordinary.
I have ADHD myself. Over the past few years I've helped thousands of families calm the house, build independence in learning, study properly and succeed in exams — from failing in 10th grade to a 99 in the matriculation maths exam, and from a blank page caused by a blackout to a 78.
Nobody teaches us how to learn, and the ADHD brain learns differently. Not better, not worse — just differently. They're frustrated because school is harder for them, the system isn't built for them, and home doesn't always know how to respond to ADHD difficulties.
And until now you've probably been treating the symptoms rather than the real problem. Once you untangle it, the stress drops, the house settles, and the arguments go back to being what you'd expect in a house with teenagers.
We thought this was a wonderful opportunity to get together: an interactive talk we've called “Calm the house in two hours”. Lower their stress around school, lower your stress from worrying about them, and cut the arguments down dramatically.
Yes, in two hours. Once you know what causes the stress and what makes them blow up, you can address the real problem and start seeing the change fairly quickly.
I want a spotNoa and I hold to one important principle across everything we teach: you go home already knowing exactly what to do. We don't send you off with homework — you go home holding the tools and the skills that lead to the change.
In an interactive talk you get to practise the tools as we go, so you arrive home ready to apply them and see the difference the very next day.

“The programme helped me see the strengths in our family relationships and put them to work, so that everyone feels wanted and loved. It translated the challenges and the sparks of ADHD children into a structured programme, with practice and genuinely deep explanations. Highly recommended!”
“Before the programme we thought we were backing him and looking out for him, but it came with fights and frayed nerves. Now we understand that he's different from us and needs far more room. We used to set boundaries that suffocated him; today we've adjusted them. And today it's win win.”
Two hours, real tools, and one clear promise: lower the stress and the arguments at home around school.
